Logo Animation for Dessert Goals
Dessert Goals is a dessert festival hosted in New York City and Los Angeles. Since launching in 2016, they’ve hosted 9 festivals with over 30,000 attendees.
These designs were concepts for their 2020 Digial Dessert Goals festival.

“Funfetti”
The “dessert” text appears in a light, inviting manor while the “goals” text appears in a bold way to grab attention and show that Dessert Goals stands for something big
The “explosion” of confetti was inspired by the 3 dots in the logo and adds a fun and exciting way to grab the viewer's attention
The Chase logo slides in a sophisticated way to show they’re the “official sponsor” of the event
“Party Time”
The idea was to make the “dots” the focal point of the animation
Introduce the dots in a playful way -- like a ball bouncing across the room -- leaving a trail of colorful confetti to reveal the text
“Float On”
Focus is on the logo itself without introducing any outside elements. All the logo elements float into place, easing comfortably into position
Overall, a more elegant logo reveal, which feels a little more modern with the pieces feeling like they’re floating in space
